OGC/OMG Health and Safety Plan

Sexual harassment prevention:Our firm is committed to providing a safe and respectful workplace free from sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is a violation of human rights and can have serious consequences for the physical and emotional well-being of the victim, as well as for the productivity and reputation of the firm.

OGC shall not tolerate any form of sexual harassment, whether it is verbal, physical, or visual, and whether it is committed by a supervisor, colleague, client, or any other person. OGC shall take all complaints of sexual harassment seriously and conduct a thorough investigation into any allegations. We shall provide support and assistance to victims of sexual harassment and take appropriate disciplinary action against any person found to have engaged in such behavior.

We shall ensure that all employees are aware of their rights and responsibilities regarding sexual harassment, and that they receive training on how to recognize, prevent, and report incidents of sexual harassment. Child labor prevention:OGC is committed to opposing child labor in all its forms. We recognize that child labor is a violation of fundamental human rights and a barrier to sustainable development. Therefore, we shall not employ any child under the age of 16, or any child under the age for completing compulsory education in the country where the work is being performed, whichever is higher.

Furthermore, we shall not support, condone, or benefit from any form of child labor, including forced or bonded labor, slavery, or trafficking. We shall work to ensure that our suppliers and business partners also comply with these standards and that they do not engage in any activities that involve child labor.

OGC shall provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, including young workers who are legally allowed to work. We shall ensure that young workers receive appropriate training and supervision, are not exposed to hazardous working conditions, and are not required to work overtime or at night.
