The project consists of the specified site-adaptation, site and infrastructure design and construction for/of a new campus facility for the Afghanistan National Police (ANP), Regional Police Training Center (RPTC) in Shindand, Herat Province, Afghanistan. The RPTC is an ANP Training Establishment which will house approximately 3,000 personnel consisting of trainees and staff. The project is defined as the design, material, labor, and equipment to construct buildings, parking, utilities and other infrastructure for a design population of 3,000 people unless specified otherwise.

Omran Geotechnical Company (OGC) has completed the geotechnical study of Regional Police Training Center (RPTC) Project at Shindand, Herat Province, Afghanistan.
